This one-of-a-kind jacket is officially FOR SALE! Yay!
During one of my previous treasure hunts, I stumbled across one of the coolest jackets that I have ever seen in my life. I mean, it literally shouted my name across the room. I swear.
When I went to pick it up to get a closer look, I was surprised at how heavy it was immediately. It’s the heaviest coat that I have ever held, by far. Not only that, but it’s rough appearance made it a double shocker, considering it was also one of the softest coats that I have ever felt.
The inside of the jacket also caught my attention. I knew I wasn’t familiar with the brand but could tell that it was expensive, just from looking at the label and the lining inside. The inside is lined with Star Wars, “The Empire Strikes Back”. Very cool!
I knew it was something special. So, I purchased it.
The coat is made by Junker Designs, which is a high-end brand that makes fashionable and ultra unique designs for their clients. They sell clothes for people like you and me, and they have also made clothes for famous people like: Alice Cooper, Sons of Anarchy, Buck Cherry, Motley Crue, Steven Tyler, and more famous cool people.
Once I read about their line and brand on their website, I learned that they began hand-pieced together leather that was found as scraps of old jackets and other clothing.
Interested in the jacket that I had found, I emailed the company to see if they knew anything about it. Honestly, I was interested if someone famous used to own the jacket.
They weren’t sure if it was owned by someone famous but they did say that it was one of the first jackets that they ever made, if not the first! Whoever I was exchanging emails with was super nice and very helpful! So now I am stalking them on all of their social media sites. You should check out their Facebook page here sometime. I love their style!
I have this authentic, one-of-a-kind Junker Designs coat for sale in my shop now. A little about the details:
There are issues. For starters, one of the heavy metal chains needs re-sewn. There is also a rip in the back underarm of the left armpit. (See photos for a closer look).
Size: XL —I am unsure if it is a mens or women’s size XL. My brother tried it on and he usually wears a mens XL. I haven’t tried it on and I won’t right now. I’m pregnant and I just don’t want to know, LoL.
Top of Shoulder to Bottom of Jacket: 25”
Arm Length (Under Pit to End of Wrist): 18″
