Like usual, I have been having a blast at thrifting. However, I think that the winter months bring more people into the thrift stores, which makes my job a little harder. The treasures areΒ being picked before I can even get to them.

I haven’t went home empty-ended though. I like to sell just about anything. Clothing is my favorite thing to sell though because it’s so easy to ship. Anything vintage is always a fun profit too because it’s usually something that is rare and has a history… Kind of like my first find:

Vintage Misty Lane Retro Hippie Maxi Dress from the 60’s/70’s.

Complete with boho embroidery and mutton sleeves, this dress is killer. I also love the yellow and pink color combination!

Free People out the wazoo.

Honestly, everyone goes on and on about how awesome Free People is for them to sell. I must be the only one that seems to have issues with getting rid of the stuff.

I recently found these two Free People waffle knit tops and they both sold within a day or so of having them listed:

Free People California Dreamin

Free People Waffle Knit

The rest of my Free People items have been super hard to get rid of though. For example, this awesome hand painted poppy Β cold shoulder dress is one-of-a-kind, beautiful, but has been impossible to sell!

Not many people realize that a lot of needlecraft kits can be worth big bucks. I thrifted this Pegasus kit, which had been opened and was missing the needle (but otherwise complete). After researching the solds on Ebay, I was super excited to find that previous ones sold for the low $100’s! Even without the needle, I accepted an offer of $90!
